The challenge
UU wanted to develop an identity for its Workforce Management Programme, something that brought the concept to life in a contemporary and relevant way for its people whilst complimenting the existing UU brand and being aligned with its Vision to be a World Class Company. This programme needed to be primarily about positively affecting understanding, attitude and behaviours to deliver an unrivalled end
to end customer experience.
The solution
Getting it right first time is the ultimate goal for customer service in the same way that being
a World Class Company is a goal, something
to strive towards. Right 1st Time is an ongoing campaign that is being brought to life for the audience through multiple channels including: posters, postcards, flyers, practical collateral, DVD, intranet and podcasts.
