Infineum Technology Function.

 

The challenge

To gather the whole Technology Function of Infineum together to celebrate their vital contribution to the success of the company, to help colleagues better understand the impact their work has on a local and global level and to help create new networks among colleagues by breaking down silos and demonstrating the power of collaborative working.

 

The solution

To stage a one-day event, off site, giving the day

an identity, a consistent look and feel that was very different from that experienced by colleagues previously. The tone of the event was celebratory

and PowerPoint was banned. The emphasis of the day was on collaborative activities which enabled everyone to work with new colleagues in small groups, identifying how what they do influences and shapes the ‘bigger picture’ of Infineum and the impact their products have on Infineum’s customers, their quality of life and ultimately, the planet.
